15 years after the last revision, the overhauled Consumer Credit Directive came into force in mid-November. A high-level panel of experts discusses the changes to the scope of application, the creditworthiness assessment and the pre-contractual information requirements. Of course, the new 7-day cooling-off period when taking out payment protection insurance is also an issue. The fixed period was anchored in the German Insurance Contracts Act by the German government with the Future Financing Act.Guests:
