The Working Group on ECSPR offers a forum to Fintech Lenders and Service Providers specializing in regulated crowdfunding. In addition to discussing current supervisory practice, the revision of the legislative act will be addressed. The Chairwoman is Elina Varendi, Interim Head of Legal & Compliance @ Estateguru, Estonia.
The Working Group on Communication aims to develop a common language for the central terms of Digital Lending. In addition, the annual report shall be further developed into an enticing “business card” for the industry. Finally, the strategies and annual priorities of the association’s internal and external communications will also be discussed. The Chairwoman is Elisabeth Maier, Head of Marketing & PR @ Chartered Investment, Germany.
